Begin an Art Career in the State of New Hampshire
Finding the perfect art school is just the first step to starting a successful career in art. Before people can gain entry into an art school, they may need to fulfill various requirements as set by the school that they choose. The admissions requirements often vary depending upon the institution and program; however, there are some common requirements found in many of them.
All new students must complete a standard application, submit their high-school transcripts to the art school, and complete various placement tests. Students may need to submit a portfolio of their work, and performing arts students may need to audition before they can enroll into an art school. Some schools require students to submit letters of recommendation, as well. Finally, many schools require students to attend an interview with an admissions officer, and some schools require new students to write and submit an essay describing their educational and career goals.
The supplies that people may need for their classes may vary, as well, depending upon their program of choice and the school they choose to attend.
